Services
Two offerings, one goal: making everyday life work better. Sessions are one-on-one and shaped around each person's strengths.
Functional Therapy
Skills-first occupational therapy for the parts of daily life that take the most out of a household: routines, responsibilities, and follow-through.
- Daily routines and everyday responsibilities - the tasks that turn into battles
- Executive function - planning, organization, follow-through, and independence
- Perfectionism and rigid thinking patterns that get in the way of progress
- Skills that hold up at home, at school, and in everyday life
Emotional Regulation
When simple daily tasks become daily battles, there is often more going on than motivation.
Learning strategies to identify, understand, and manage emotions effectively - and to use them when it counts, not just name them in session.
